Return Policy: Goods shall not be returned without a return goods authorization number (RGA) issued by customer service rep through buyapump phone, fax, or email. The RGA number must be listed on the packing slip. Only current part numbers with valid date codes may be returned (within one year). A 20% restocking and packaging fee will apply to all returns. Credit will be issued upon receipt of new and unused product following inspection. All shipping charges must be prepaid.
Warranty: All the products on Buyapump.com carry a standard one year limited warranty on defective parts and workmanship. This limited warranty shall not apply to mechanical seals and the following products and parts: engines, motors, trade accessories and all other products not manufactured by AMT, IPT, Gorman-Rupp. These items may, however, be covered by the warranties of their respective manufacturers.
